With regard to Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013(POSH ACT)

Attention of all the employees/workers, permanent or contractual of our establishment is invited towards the above Act. In terms of the said Act, the following is considered as offence:

  • Physical contact and advances; or
  • A demand or request for sexual favours; or
  • Making sexually coloured remarks; or
  • Making sexually coloured remarks; or
  • Showing pornography; or
  • Any other unwelcome physical, verbal or nonverbal conduct of sexual nature;

As per the above following too may amount to sexual harassment:

  • Implied or explicit promise of preferential treatment in employment;
  • Implied or explicit threat of detrimental treatment in employment;
  • Implied or explicit threat about present or future employment status;
  • Interference with work or creating an intimidating or offensive or hostile work environment; or
  • Humiliating treatment likely to affect the lady employee’s health or safety

As provided therein, we have formed an Internal Complaint Committee to look into the Sexual Harassment related complaints at our workplace as under:

In case of any complaints kindly address your complaints to: Gaurav Bose, +91 9833355566, Please note we have a ZERO tolerance policy towards Sexual Harassment and employees found guilty will be severely dealt as per the provisions of the POSH Act which includes termination of the service and criminal action under Indian Penal Code if required.
