AZURE Entertainment, owned and promoted by The Three Sisters: Institutional Office (TTSIO), is a Mumbai based integrated Content Development and Production company. The Company has a dual approach towards Content Development comprising Acquisition of Foreign Language Remake Rights & Filming Rights to Books and a more organic approach on Original Content Development whereby it focuses on spectacular, big ideas.

AZURE has an active and an evolving development slate of between 6-8 properties at any given time. AZURE’s development strategy is focused on positioning itself as the Content Company, which collaborates with Rights Owners around the World and Content Creators within India to forge win-win partnerships.

Apart from the recently announced Two (2) Film Collaboration with Warner Brothers to co-develop and co-produce remakes of coveted titles from their library, AZURE’s current development slate.

Includes a tie-up with Rodar y Rodar for THE BODY (Spanish), Atresmedia for THE INVISIBLE GUEST (Spanish), a Three Film Remake Deal with Gaumont (French) including A GANG STORY, POINT BLANK & THE BRATS, Quad for HEARTBREAKER (French), Nimbus for WHAT GOES AROUND (Danish), Filming Rights to Sophie Kinsella’s global bestseller, CAN YOU KEEP A SECRET? (UK) and Sushant Singh’sMISSION OVERSEAS (India).

AZURE has already produced & released ROCKY HANDSOME, which was an adaptation of South Korean blockbuster, THE MAN FROM NOWHERE. AZURE’s next production, YAARA (adaptation of Gaumont’s & Olivier Marchal’s A GANG STORY), helmed by National Award winning Director, Tigmanshu Dhulia, is set for release in February-March 2018. This will be followed by Jeethu Joseph helmed remake of THE BODY, which is a co-production with VIACOM 18. AZURE is also co-developing and co-producing Hindi Remake of WHAT GOES AROUND with Maruti International.

The first title in the AZURE-Warner relationship is going to be Indian Remake of INFERNAL AFFAIRS (later made as THE DEPARTED by Martin Scrorsese), which is currently under development. AZURE has partnered with Superstar, Akshay Kumar and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions to co-present and produce KESARI, a historical feature film based on the 1897 Battle of Saragarhi, which goes on floors in January 2018.

AZURE is also developing OPERATION KHUKRI based on India’s most successful military mission ever in Sierra Leone with Shah Rukh Khan’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment.
